The
clinic is located in the transitional neighborhood of Cherry Creek in Denver.
High-end commercial and retail development combined with residential redevelopment
have produced a high-density community. Tucked between 15 story residential
and six-story office buildings was a one-story structure last renovated in the
1970's.
This current "renovation" retained only the existing foundation and floor structure
while creating a completely new identity and use. The result is an iconic structure
with an interior incorporating feng shui design principles
