Gaudreau / McMonigle Residence / Golden, Colorado

The Gaudreau / McMonigle residence is a victorian style home on 17 acres near El Rancho, Colorado in the foothills west of Golden. Custom made door and exterior trim details carry the authentic Victorian theme architecture throughout the home. Gerou & Associates architectural firm provided design and construction services. The owners hired the architectural firm to add and additional 1,000 square feet to the existing 4,500 square feet two years after original home was completed.
