The Crowne Plaza in Greeley was designed for MARS Hotel Management Hospitality Premier Development, located in Parker, Colorado. Located on a prime site in downtown Greeley, the hotel is adjacent to the Union Colony Civic Center and fronted on Lincoln Park. Additional conference facilities and retail spaces helped integrate the 150-room hotel into the existing fabric of Greeley . While officials with the City of Greeley unanimously approved the design, financial considerations between the developer and the city stalled the project.
