Gerou & Associates, Ltd. was established in 1986 to provide diversified architectural services. Since that time, the firm has successfully designed and produced more than two hundred office, retail, medical, recreational, residential, and historic preservation projects.
After being associated with other firms in the Denver area since 1971, the Gerous established Gerou & Associates, Ltd. to respond to a recognized need to provide services with a personal commitment to each client and project. The firm also recognizes that the success of each project is directly attributable to the interaction of its primary team members and welcomes the responsibility of coordinating that interaction.
