Since 1986, Gerou and Associates Ltd. has designed and built custom residences throughout Colorado, incorporating a variety of styles. Traditional or contemporary; timber, frame or log construction; each design remains true to its intended purpose, site, climate and surrounding vernacular. Most importantly, the design reflects the owner's own needs, desires, unique perspectives and budgets. Projects have been completed in Beaver Creek, Snowmass, Steamboat Springs, Grand Lake, Winter Park, Denver and Evergreen.
