The Cherry Creek Square Hotel was designed for a site on 3rd Avenue between St. Paul and Milwaukee Streets in the Cherry Creek area. The 108-room hotel was designed using historically significant materials and stepped back from the adjacent streets to retain the pedestrian scale of the neighborhood. Working closely with the City of Denver Planning and Zoning Department and a variety of neighborhood groups led to consensus of design and character that appealed to strict zoning constraints and a sensitive neighborhood aesthetic.
