Forest Heights Lodge has been for years (and continues to be) one of the hidden treasures of Evergreen, Colorado. The Lodge is a treatment facility for a limited number of emotionally disturbed boys - boys who otherwise would spend their lives institutionalized... or worse. The Lodge treats these boys, typically between about 8 and 15 years of age, so they can return to be productive members of the population. The treatments developed and encouraged here have been studied and instituted by similar facilities, worldwide. Our design for a new facility facilitated these long-standing practices in a controlled and disciplined environment in character with it's mountain setting.
