Historic Preservation
Since 1986, Gerou and Associates architectural firm has worked on residential and commercial historic preservation projects across Colorado, including Central City, Black Hawk, Evergreen, Ft. Collins, Longmont, and Steamboat Springs. These historic preservation projects have included the redevelopment of historical architecture, historic material research, structural analysis, historic compilation of building use, architectural code review, and the writing of architectural needs assessments.
