Hiwan Golf Club / Evergreen, Colorado

For thirty years, Gerou & Associates has worked closely with Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen to renovate, expand and transform this 1960's facility to keep pace with current trends and more contemporary functions while retaining the original building character.  Although there is essentially not one room, surface or furnishing that has been untouched buy these alterations, the resulting facility shows no sign of having been transformed.
