Parker Place was designed as a mixed-use development for Main Street in Parker, Colorado. Although the project never progressed past the preliminary design stage, it did include comprehensive and integrated retail and residential uses with a 50-room boutique hotel. For a historic reference, the hotel design looked to the Cliff House in Manitou Springs for inspiration. The site development encouraged a pedestrian link between 'downtown' Parker and the adjacent Parker Arts, Culture & Events (PACE) Center.
